About the game
Captain Z has a hat, seventeen doubloons and a title nobody believes. Ten years he swabbed Blackheart Briggs’ decks; this morning he quit. Then he hears the rumour: the Hoard of the Drowned King is real, and Briggs is already hunting for it. First, Z needs a boat. Any boat.
There is no list of verbs to click: you type what you want to do. Walk with the arrow keys, type LOOK, TAKE, USE THE PLANKS ON THE QUICKSAND or GIVE THE FISH TO THE GUARD, and talk to everyone. A sarcastic parrot tags along with hints for wherever you are stuck.

When does it come out?
Soon, on Steam for Windows. We will post on our news page and our socials when there is a date.
Do I have to guess the exact words?
No. The parser takes what people actually type: GIVE FISH TO GUARD, FEED THE GUARD THE FISH and GIVE THE GUARD A FISH all work. When you are stuck, TALK TO PARROT for a hint, and HELP lists the commands.
Can I die?
Yes, the classic way, with a joke and an epitaph. TRY AGAIN rewinds to the moment before, so nothing is lost.
